Shipping, Cancellation and Refund Policy
1. Orders & Payment
- We currently accept orders through this website for address within Malaysia only.
- Please complete payment within 12 hours of placing your order, or it will be automatically canceled.
- Once payment is confirmed, your order will be processed for the next scheduled shipping day.
2. Shipping
- We ship out all orders every Tuesday and Friday.
- Shipping is flat rate RM8 (West Malaysia) and RM16 (East Malaysia).
- Default courier is J&T Express, unless stated differently in order tracking email.
- Orders are shipped to the address provided during checkout. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses by customers or lost parcels; re-delivery charges will apply if an item is returned and needs to be shipped again.
3. Exchanges
- Exchanges are not available unless the item is defective or damaged due to manufacturing, which must be discussed and approved by us.
- To report an issue, please email imsycraft@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving your item.
- Exchanges are not available if the item is purchased through defect or lower grade listing of the item.
4. Refunds (if applicable)
- Refunds are only issued if we cannot replace a defective item. You will be paying your own shipping cost for returning your item.
- Refunds are not available for accidental purchases or change of mind.
- We will inspect items upon receiving and if approved, refunds will be processed via bank transfer within a specific period.
- If you haven’t received your refund after 20 days, please contact us at imsycraft@gmail.com if needed.
- Promotional items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable, and promotional prices are final.
5. Damages & Returns
- Please ensure to provide correct shipping details upon submitting your order. We are not responsible for missing/return parcels due to incomplete or wrong details. No refund will be provided in this event.
- We are not liable for lost or damaged parcels caused by courier services. Any claims for such issues should be directed to the courier.
- Report any defects or damages to imsycraft@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving. Reports made after this period will not be serviced.
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and packaging. Include order info and photos of the issue in your report.
- You will be paying your own shipping cost for returning your item.
- For wrong items received, send a report to us. You may either purchase to keep the items or return them to us at our cost. We will still send your correct order.
6. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
- All sales are final unless otherwise discussed with Imsycraft.
7. Cancellations & Delays
- Order cancellations are not accepted.
- We are not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as production issues or courier delays.
We reserve the right to amend this policy from time to time if deemed necessary, in which no prior notification or approval from the customer is required.
